The Statement of Support lists which versions and releases of the XDC products are supported under various versions and releases of the MVS operating system.
If you are experiencing a problem with z/XDC, XDC/SE or XDC that you suspect is a product bug, before contacting us, please ensure first that you are running the most current maintenance for your release of the product.
Existing customers can download current maintenance files for z/XDC, XDC/SE, and XDC from our Maintenance page. If you wish to upgrade to our latest release, send a request to support@colesoft.com.
If applying the latest maintenance file does not solve your problem, then please contact us. Robert Shimizu provides first level technical support. He is very experienced with resolving problems and answering questions that typically arise when you first install z/XDC or when you first begin to use the product.
For complex technical questions, or for problems you believe are actual product bugs, please contact Frank Chu directly. He has growing experience with more complex issues, and he can easily involve Dave Cole when necessary.
In order to resolve particularly obscure problems, we sometimes need to look at a dump or a trace of some sort. If this turns out to be the case, we will let you know what information we need, and we will ask you to upload that data to our FTP site.
