Support - Statement of Support:

The following versions and releases of the XDC products are supported under various versions and releases of the MVS operating system as follows:

• z/XDC z1.13:
• Supports any z/OS release R1.6 through R1.13
• May be used on any hardware that runs a supported z/OS.
• z/XDC z1.12:
• Supports any z/OS release R1.6 through R1.12
• May be used on any hardware that runs a supported z/OS.
• Introduces full support for the new z/Enterprise 196 machine instruction set.
• zXDC z1.12 will very likely fail on zOS R1.13. We will not support zXDC z1.12 on zOS R1.13.
• z/XDC z1.10:
• Supports any z/OS release R1.6 through R1.12.
• May be used on any hardware that runs a supported z/OS.
• Introduced full support for the Z10 machine instruction set.
• XDC/SE S2.0:
• Is supported up to and including OS/390 R2.10 at ARCHLVL=2 (runs with 64-bit hardware enabled, but XDC/SE S2.0 will not exploit the 64-bit features).
• Is not supported in any release of z/OS.
